When you hire Marquez Consulting Inc. to execute effective HR work, we’ll propose an exact dollar figure in advance. If there are any surprises, they’ll be pleasant ones. Three types of payment agreements include: project-based, retainer, and hourly.
PROJECT-BASED RATES
No Surprises
We do not “estimate” projects. WE deliver succinct and specific engagement agreements that include the scope of work, schedule, fees, and terms.
Project Minimum
The minimum fee for a project is $1,500. A deposit of $1,000 is required in advance.

Ballpark Prices
Project fees are based on the type of the project, its scope, and specific requirements.
RETAINER AGREEMENTS
Serious HR support often have sizable workloads for a period of 3, 6, or more months to ramp up, revive or implement HR efforts.
Should this be the case for your company, we can offer services based on an agreed retainer rate with monthly invoices. Retainer agreements are subject to availability. A minimum of three months is required, and after, become month to month.
Hourly fees are discounted based on the scope of work. The minimum retainer is $500/monthly with 10 hours/monthly of HR support.

MARQUEZ CONSULTING OFFERS HOURLY RATES TO MEET YOUR NEEDS FOR:
Training + Coaching or Consulting
Arrange one-on-one sessions with Ozzie Marquez for HR strategy, workforce transformation, or training on a specific HR topic. Generally, a series of calls, online meetings, or onsite support is planned. However, if it works better for you, you could arrange for a single consultation or consultation on an as-needed basis.
On-going (but unpredictable) workloads
If you need “freelance” help for HR policies or any Marquez Consulting Inc., services when your needs spike, we will arrange affordable hourly fees. This arrangement is only offered to existing clients. However, it can be offered to a new client on a case-by-case basis.
A single hour is $125. An hourly rate for 10 or more hours is $85.
