- Administer SDI, PFL, and unemployment claims
- COBRA notification
Performance Management & Training
- Manage the performance review process
- Provide assistance and support to managers regarding employee relations, performance management, and policy issues
- Coordinate and/or present skills training programs
- Answer employee benefit and employment questions
- Solving communications issues
- Manage separation (voluntary and involuntary) process
- Conduct Exit Interviews; provide critical feedback
