Administration

  • Administer compliant filing systems
  • Provide proactive information regarding employment law and policy changes
  • Maintain employment postings
  • Ensure legal compensation policies and practices
  • Administer leaves of absence including ADA, FMLA/CFRA, PDL, Workers’ Compensation
  • Administer SDI, PFL, and unemployment claims
  • COBRA notification

Performance Management & Training

  • Manage the performance review process
  • Provide assistance and support to managers regarding employee relations, performance management, and policy issues
  • Coordinate and/or present skills training programs
  • Answer employee benefit and employment questions
  • Solving communications issues
  • Manage separation (voluntary and involuntary) process
  • Conduct Exit Interviews; provide critical feedback
